Miss Rossiter’s 4th Grade Class

Hello!  My name is Linda Rossiter and I can’t believe this is my 32nd year of teaching!

I graduated from Ricks College with an Associates Degree in Arts & Sciences, then  went on to Brigham Young University where I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education.

I then went on to receive a T.E.S.O.L. Masters Degree from Alliance University.

I started my career in Riverside, California, where I taught for 8 years in grades 2-5.  Most of them were split level because of the year round schedule. All of those years in were Bilingual classrooms as well.

I have taught every grade from 1st – 5th.  People will often ask me “What is my favorite grade?”  The best answer I can give is “The one that I am in!”

I love 4th grade and have been teaching it for about 7 years. I feel very lucky to be working at a great school like Spring Creek and with the wonderful staff we have; especially my 4th grade team. Mrs. Blair and Mrs McDermott  and I are kind of like the 3 Musketeers in the world of 4th Grade!

I am looking forward to a great year with my students!  They are already showing me how hardworking they are and how eager they are to learn!
