NewsIn Mrs. Kempter’s 5th grade class, students are exploring the law of conservation of matter by experimenting with Legos! The class predicted that a pile of legos would weigh more once it was put together. To text this, students weighed their legos first, then made a new shape by completing a physical change. Lastly, they weighed their new creations and found that they still weighed the same!
