Dear Parents,
With cold, snowy weather approaching and the outside chance that the district would need to call an “online learning day” due to weather conditions, K-2 grade students will be sent home with take-home packets of work the night before a forecasted storm. Only students in grades 3-6 will take home Chromebooks and access their learning online if this happens. Please note that in the event take-home packets and Chromebooks are sent home it DOES NOT mean that the next school day will be an online learning day. That decision will be made the following morning by the school district. Chromebooks and packets will be sent home just in case weather doesn’t permit schools opening. Again, the possibility of an online learning day happening is very small but we want to be prepared in case that happens.
Thank you for your support in sending students with coats, hats, and gloves. Cold weather is upon us and students play outside even when there is snow! We have a lot of exciting activities happening the next few weeks. Please look over the rest of the announcements.
Spring Creek Hawks don’t fly, they SOAR!
