Your child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2024 to be enrolled in Kindergarten.

Registration is a 3-step process, mainly done online.

Prior to calling the school for an appointment, complete the forms online by completing steps 1 & 2.

(If you need access to a computer call the school office to make an appointment)

Currently enrolled Preschool Students

• Please wait until August 1, 2024 to Register
• Skip step 1 and complete steps 2 & 3.

Contact the school office if you need help with username and password.

Step 1: Beginning Wednesday. March 13, 2024

• Go to grades.provo.edu
• Click on the NEW Student Registration Tab and fill out the form
• Wait to receive an email from the school registrar with username and password with information to complete step 2.

Step 2

• Go to grades.provo.edu
• Click on Student/Parent Sign in Tab and log in 
• Click the Student Registration Icon on the left menu bar
• Click on School Forms
• Select your child and fill out the forms

Call the school after completing Step 2 to make an appointment to complete registration. 

Step 3

Provide the following documents to the school:

• Child’s Original Birth Certificate
• Immunization Record
• Proof of Residence (example: Utility Bill or Rental Agreement)
• Parent/Guardian Photo ID
