BIO: I am so excited to be the Assistant Principal at Spring Creek. I grew up in Provo and went to school here too. I began my career in education in Provo as a teacher at Joaquin Elementary where I taught 3rd grade. After teaching there I moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for my husband’s schooling and I started my own preschool. I designed and created my own curriculum for the preschool and taught many students for 18 years. I taught preschool in Philadelphia, Fort Collins, Colorado and also after moving back to Provo. I wanted to be back in the classroom and started teaching at Wasatch Elementary where I taught 3rd and 4th grade and also earned my ESL endorsement. I earned my Master’s Degree in Instructional Design and Technology and became an Instructional Coach at Wasatch. I have been a coach for the past four years. I love to run, bake and go on adventures with my family. I am really looking forward to working with all the great staff, families, and Spring Creek community.
