About Mrs. Gylseth

Julianna Gylseth loves teaching music at Spring Creek! She grew up in Littleton, Colorado where music was a part of her every day life. When she was little she couldn’t wait to play the piano, and would beg her mom for lessons. She eventually studied Elementary Music Education at Brigham University, after which she taught for four years in Denver, Colorado. She then returned to school to work on her Masters in Music Education in Oakland, California. Her favorite thing about teaching music is the chance to work with such talented young musicians at Spring Creek. She was honored as a Beverly Taylor Sorenson Legacy Award Recipient in the State of Utah, 2016.
