Dear Spring Creek Families,
It’s been a great week here at Spring Creek! We celebrated 20 new Student Hawks of the Month for April. We are proud of our students setting such good examples for us all.
As many of you probably know, next school year Spring Creek will have a new principal and an assistant principal. Last Friday at the PTA Meeting, the incoming principal, Jay Porter was able to visit and introduce himself to those attending. The new assistant principal is Brooke Berges. Mr. Porter and Mrs. Berges will be wonderful additions to Spring Creek.
In next week’s newsletter, I will be sharing a Parent Input Survey for parents who would like to give input on their child’s class placement for next year. The survey will be available for 2 weeks. As a reminder, the survey is not to request a specific teacher but rather share valuable insights you would like the administration to be aware of when placing your child.
Finally, this week RISE Testing begins for students in grades 3-6. Please help your child get a good night’s rest and encourage them to eat a healthy breakfast as well as get to school on time. This is a chance for students to demonstrate all of their learning and growth and we want them to start the day ready.
Thank you for your continued support and dedication to your child’s education! Remember, Spring Creek Hawks don’t just fly, they SOAR!
Mrs. Snow, Principal
