Book Talk 6.2

This week we are studying making judgments. Part of making judgments is backing up your opinions with evidence. You assigment is to create Book Talk Commercials. Using your ipad, make a commercial for a book you have read and loved. You may record yourself just talking or you may make your commercial fancy by using iMovie (just remember it’s due Thursday).

As you talk about your book, you need to include

• Title
• Author
• SHORT summary (maximum of thirty seconds–and don’t spoil it for anyone)
• Why you liked the book (how it made you feel, whether it was funny or sad or something else, maybe include your favorite part, anything along these lines) –this needs to be the longest part
• Who you would recommend to read the book

If you get done with one book and still have time, make another! You can never spend too much time talking about books. 🙂
