Class Theme 5.2

It’s time for a new class theme–superheroes have to go. But what is Miss Wright going to do? There are so many options! Space, cowboys, dots, puppies, the ocean, books, plants, African safari, Asian, French, cartoons, plus so many more!

Miss Wright is hiring YOU to redecorate for her. You must first pick a theme (any theme), and then decorate the classroom. Using no more than six slides in KEYNOTE, explain how you will transform the room using your new theme. You specifically need to talk about these five things:

• the walls
• how to arrange the desks
• the library area (books)
• the door
• new nametags (we currently have superhero names; what else can we do to fit your theme?

You need to use correct grammar and punctuation (there will be a long and painful death for misuse of your/you’re, its/it’s, there/their/they’re) and make your slides interesting. Don’t use too much text on a page because it’s boring. Include pictures on each page. You need to convince Miss Wright that your idea is the best one.

Last year’s Centers kids did an amazing job on their themes. Good luck making better projects!
