NewsHunger doesn’t take a Summer Break! Child Nutrition Program – 2021 Summer Meals
Nutritious Summer Meals for Children and Teens Ages 0-18 Years Please note ADDITIONAL summer meal sites for 2021! Beginning June 7th, children can enjoy FREE breakfast and lunch through the Provo City School District Child Nutrition Program! The Summer Meals Program assures children still have access to wholesome foods while having fun in the sun during their summer break. Sponsored by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), the federally funded nutrition program is open to ALL CHILDREN and TEENS ages 0-18 years at approved sites located in low-income areas, or that serve a group of children most of whom are low income. No application is necessary to drop in for a meal and all children and teens are welcome!
