Spring Creek Elementary School SUMMER OFFICE HOURS

June 1st, 2nd, 3rd

June 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th

June 14th, 16th, 23rd & 30th

9:00am – 3:00pm, Appointment Preferred ~ call 801-370-4650 ext.0

Office Closed During July

For Assistance Email jillfr@provo.edu

Beginning August 2nd the Office will be open from 9:00am-4:00pm, Monday – Friday

To register a new student, go to grades.provo.edu
A computer will be available at the school if you prefer to do the online registration when you come to the school.
After completing the online registration call the school for an appointment at 801-370-4650
Bring the following with you:
- Child’s Original Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Proof of Residence
- Parent/Guardian Identification
