Beginning August 2nd the Office will be open from 9:00am-4:00pm, Monday – Friday
- To register a new student, go to grades.provo.edu
- A computer will be available at the school if you prefer to do the online registration when you come to the school.
- After completing the online registration call the school for an appointment at 801-370-4650
- Bring the following with you:
- Child’s Original Birth Certificate
- Immunization Record
- Proof of Residence
- Parent/Guardian Identification
