Over the last few years, Spring Creek Elementary has conducted surveys in 3-6th grade classes measuring the Social and Emotional competencies of the students. These surveys measure grit, growth mindset, self efficacy, self awareness, and self management. The results of these surveys help guide administration in setting goals and implementing new strategies to meet the needs of our students.

Durante los últimos años, Spring Creek Elementary ha realizado encuestas en las clases de los grados 3-6 midiendo las competencias sociales y emocionales de los estudiantes. Estas encuestas miden la determinación, la mentalidad de crecimiento, la autoeficacia, la autoconciencia y la autogestión.
