NewsDear Spring Creek. Parents and Families,
We are so excited to start After School program! Please see the below enrollment form links (PDF) for After School Hawk Theatre Drama Club and Art Club. Details and information about the activities are on the enrollment forms. Registration for these activities will begin on Wednesday, September 7th at 8:15 am and will remain open until the activity group is full. Enrollment is limited and will be on a first come, first serve basis. If your child is enrolled, you will be contacted via email to confirm registration and if the activity is full, you will be notified about our waiting list. These are very popular activities and enrollment fills up quickly, please return your forms immediately if you are child is interested in signing up for one of these clubs. Paper forms are available in the front office if you need one.
We are planning on offering additional academic and sports classes in the near future! Stay tuned!
