Dear Spring Creek Families,
We are in the final weeks of school which are always filled with ongoing learning, state testing, and fun activities. Please check the upcoming calendar events section of the newsletter so you are aware of all the important activities and testing that are happening.
With the weather warming up and spring fever in full-swing, I’m asking all parents to remind their child of Spring Creek’s behavior expectations especially if your child rides the bus to and from school. The same expectations of showing kindness, owning learning, acting safely and responding responsibly are all expected even while riding the bus to and from school. I also want to share how I have seen some incredible acts of kindness between some of our students this week. Whether it is helping a classmate who got hurt during recess or reaching out to a new student, I see students SOAR every day!
Lastly, as a reminder, the last day of preschool and kindergarten is THURSDAY, May 16. The last few days of school for grades 1-6 include some early dismissal days. I hope to see you in the coming days as the end of the school year draws to a close.
Remember, Spring Creek hawks don’t fly, they SOAR!

Spring Creek Elementary informs parents prior to the monthly Emergency Drills taking place at the school. On Monday May 6th, we will be conducting an Evacuation Drill and will be following the Provo City School District Procedures found on the attached document.
All library books are due this week!
Please help your students remember to return all borrowed books. A note was sent home with your student last week to help them find any lost books and a notice if they have any overdue items. Thank you for helping your students be responsible with their library books!
The school district will be hosting four informational meetings to share and discuss construction and facilities information with the community. Each meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. on the following dates:
New student registration for the 2024-25 school year has begun. Your child must be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2024 to be enrolled in Kindergarten. Registration is a 3-step process, mainly done online. Appointment preferred for in person registration. Contact the school office at 801-370-4650 with any questions.
Registration has begun for the 2024-25 Provo City School District Title I Preschool.
