Spring Creek Elementary School

Dear Parents,

Due to Fall Break, we only have three days of school this week. There will be no classes held from Thursday, October 14th – Tuesday, October 19th. Classes will resume on Wednesday, October 20th.

The weather has changed. Students will go outside every day that weather allows. We go out unless it is too wet or the temperature falls below 20 degrees. Please send your children to school with appropriate clothing. Weather also can change quickly. We recommend that they bring a jacket to use in case it is needed.

After School Program We will have After School Program (After School Academy & Theater) this week!! After School Academy 1st – 6th grade will meet Monday – Wednesday this week Theater / Drama Club 1st – 3rd will meet on Wednesday Theater / Drama Club 4th – 6th will meet on Tuesday *NO THEATER / DRAMA CLUB 1ST-3RD ON MONDAY, 10/11 -Mr Alam & Mrs Kiggins will be at a conference and unable to hold Theater / Drama Club on Monday. Reminder Please remember that if your child is experiencing symptoms of COVID or other communicable illnesses they should not come to school. Also if you receive an email informing you of a possible exposure to COVID here at school, we hope that you will choose to continue to have your children attend school if they are not symptomatic by wearing a mask for ten days. We have masks at school that we can make available for students.

Toys Just a reminder that students should not bring toys to school. They are a distraction. The popular Pop-it toys have become a problem here at school. We are asking that students do not bring them to school.

Queridos Padres,
