Dear Parents.

Just a reminder there is no school Monday or Tuesday. School resumes on Wednesday, Oct. 20th. As students return to school, please talk to your children about the importance of being kind, safe and responsible. We could really use your support in helping students remember that we all have a responsibility to make the learning environment at Spring Creek a comfortable place for everyone. I appreciate your support in speaking with your children about how everyone contributes to making Spring Creek a good place to be.

After School Program We will have After School Program this week!! After School Academy 1st – 6th grade will meet Wednesday & Thursday Theater / Drama Club 1st – 3rd will meet on Wednesday Theater / Drama Club 4th – 6th will meet on Thursday

November 3rd and 4th will be our Parent Teacher Conferences. The conferences will be available through either Face to Face or ZOOM appointments. Watch for information about how to sign up coming soon.

There will be an evacuation drill on Oct. 20th at 2:30. We will be practicing our evacuation route from the school down to the church parking below the school. Please plan accordingly if you have a need to visit the school on Wednesday afternoon. Traffic will be stopped and checking students out between 2:30 – 3:00 will not be possible.

Our next School Community Council Meeting will be Oct. 22nd in the Spring Creek Library. All are invited to attend.

We have attached our current Spring Creek School-Parent-Family Compact and Parent and Family Engagement Policy documents for your reference to this email. Please contact Mrs. Franklin or Mrs. Blair if you have any questions about either document.

Queridos padres.

Solo un recordatorio de que no hay clases el lunes ni el martes. La escuela se reanuda el miércoles 20 de octubre. Cuando los estudiantes regresen a la escuela, hable con sus hijos sobre la importancia de ser amables, seguros y responsables. Realmente podríamos usar su apoyo para ayudar a los estudiantes a recordar que todos tenemos la responsabilidad de hacer que el ambiente de aprendizaje en Spring Creek sea un lugar cómodo para todos. Agradezco su apoyo al hablar con sus hijos sobre cómo todos contribuyen a hacer de Spring Creek un buen lugar para estar.

Despues del Programa Escolar ¡¡Si tendremos programa extracurricular esta semana !! After School Academy de 1ro a 6to grado se reunirá el miércoles y jueves Theatre / Drama Club 1ro – 3ro se reunirá el miércoles Theatre / Drama Club 4to – 6to se reunirá el jueves

El 3 y 4 de noviembre serán nuestras conferencias de padres y maestros. Las conferencias estarán disponibles a través de citas presenciales o de ZOOM. Esté atento a la información sobre cómo registrarse próximamente.

Habrá un simulacro de evacuación el 20 de octubre a las 2:30. Practicaremos nuestra ruta de evacuación desde la escuela hasta el estacionamiento de la iglesia debajo de la escuela. Por favor planifique en consecuencia si necesita visitar la escuela el miércoles por la tarde. Se detendrá el tráfico y no será posible registrar la salida de los estudiantes entre las 2:30 y las 3:00.

Nuestra próxima reunión del Consejo de la Comunidad Escolar será el 22 de octubre en la biblioteca de Spring Creek. Todos están invitados a asistir.
